I'm happy to announce that Mayra Calvani's children's picture book, Humberto the Bookworm Hamster, has been nominated for an EPIC Award. Humberto is such a great story and I loved doing the illustrations.

EPIC stands for the "Electronically Published Internet Coalition."

The winner of EPIC’s 2011 Children's Non-Fiction/Fiction Category will be announced at the annual conference, held in historical Williamsburg, Virginia, March 10-13, 2011.

I"m so excited that after long last, Animal Sound Mix-up is here. So what if the sounds the animals made were all mixed up? I loved drawing all Connie Arnold's numerous creatures. Too much fun.
